Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unopened, and in its original condition. We accept returns for most items within 30 days of the delivery date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for products that have been opened or used, for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
If you would like to return an item, please contact our customer service team at tomokateh@gmail.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, details about the product(s) you wish to return, and the reason for the return. Our team will provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
Return Shipping Costs
For international returns, you will be responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is safely delivered to us. shstore is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. Shipping fees for the original order are non-refundable.
Refunds and Exchanges
Once we receive your returned items and inspect their condition, we will process your refund or exchange. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method, minus any applicable shipping fees. Please note that it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
If you would like to exchange your product for a different item, we will process the exchange once the returned product is received and inspected. You will be responsible for any additional shipping charges associated with the exchange.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your item is damaged or defective upon arrival, please contact us immediately at tomokateh@gmail.com. We will arrange for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please provide photos of the damaged or defective product as part of your return request.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to opened or used skincare products. If you are unsure about the return eligibility of a product, please contact us before purchasing.
Customs and Duties
Please note that any customs duties, taxes, or import fees incurred on returns are your responsibility. shstore does not cover these costs.
